Saturday 9th March

   Well, all the mixes for the EP are now finished, definitely, and got some mastering done last night.   Just a few more tweaks to do over the next few days, and at the same time get things under way with the cover art, design, etc.   I'm going to get people in to help me with that, partly because visual art isn't really my strong point - I really like it and appreciate it, don't get me wrong, it's just that given something to make an aesthetic judgement on, I can usually tell if I dig it or not, but what to do to make it better?    I wouldn't know where to start.

   So, getting a hand.   That'll be good.

   Nearly there.   I feel like I've been doing this EP forever, that I'm moving in some dream-like treacly slow motion, always struggling, trying to move faster.   Maybe I should just chill out and accept it's bound to take a finite amount of time!

   Ah, one day ...

Monday 18th March

   Well, been rubbish as usual re: keeping this section up to date.   I'm just so hectic with sorting out the EP, the mastering, the cover, the gig tomorrow .... I'll be good in future, I promise.

   Really.

Monday 25th March

   Ah!   A good gig at the Old Railway last week, many thanks to those of you who came down.

   Well, mastering almost finished, artwork for cover coming along nicely.   Still looking forward to having everything finished, but determined not to rush it at this stage.   There's some nice bits and pieces of images for the cover art, so getting quite excited about that then ....

  As seems to be the case recently, not that much to report, not that much to say myself either.   Ah well.   This'll get more interesting again at some point soon.   I guess there's bound to be variance in the quality and quantity of  my postings on this site, as with, well, everything.   So that's alright then, and is in itself a way of recording what's going on with me.

   I dunno, I started this page 'cos I thought it would be the sort of thing I'd like to see on a site if I was into someone's music, and was interested in finding out some background, sort of thing.   But I often wonder if it isn't just a bit daft ....
