Steve
Francis

Welcome to the website of music producer, writer
and singer Steve Francis. It's rather basic at the moment!
Biography
Steve plays in the electric beat
combo Farm Boy.
He is also a well-respected producer and sound engineer (past
clients include John Peel favourites Broadcast.)
In 1995 he co-founded acclaimed Birmingham songsmiths Mocca,
co-writing and producing much of their early work - for example
the Waiting
For It All EP. The album
mr hoho contains contributions to
more than half the songs, though Steve left the band after
recording only the distinctive bass part for the closing track bright.
Following several years of writing and performing as a solo
artist, he released the 2002 EP For What It's Worth. In
2003 he formed Farm Boy.
Steve temporarily has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, with which he
was diagnosed in 2004, and hence is currently a bit quiet on the
output front. Normal service will be resumed as soon as
possible.
